Having climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television in our large room. Excellent service and the food is excellent.

Oh, the swimming pool water was freezing, what a way to ruin a relaxing afternoon! And no one fixed my ruined clothes, despite how messy their laundry service was. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences. I almost thought about giving them a good review, but just couldn't.

A real treat in Cucuta
The hotel is centrally located. The rooftop restaurant offers fine views, while the breakfast had a good variety of options. A cute atmosphere with attentive staff.
The check-in process took longer than expected due to document verification. The street noise at night could be disruptive.

Great stay with excellent service at Casablanca! The staff treated me like royalty, especially at the roof-top restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious Santa Maria cocktail that was like a stronger sangria. The breakfast buffet was rich and nice, offering plenty of choices in a lovely setting. Clean, spacious rooms.

The Superior Twin Room was super comfy and clean. Loved having warm water-it's not common in Colombia! There was also a nice safe in the room. The staff were really helpful, easy to relax. The breakfast buffet was a highlight too, offering lots of choices. The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy from the street.

The room was clean and well-appointed, with air conditioning, a television with cable, and a minibar for late-night snacks. The hotel's central location made it convenient for both work and leisure. I enjoyed dining at both on-site restaurants. The cabá offered really good service and a delicious tomahawk steak. My interactions with the staff, particularly with Sandra, were pleasant.
The check-in process took longer than expected.
